Materials

Hard Acrylic

The Hard Acrylic allows the ear to breath.  This is best for mild to moderate hearing losses.

Thermosoft

The Thermosoft Material goes soft with the body's temperature.  It gives a good seal and is best for moderate to profound hearing losses.

U.V. Hard

U.V. Hard is similar to Hard Acrylic, but is cured using an Ultra Violet light polymerisation.  This is best used for patients with hyperallergenic issues, and is ideal for mild to moderatly severe hearing loss.

Rose Tint

This is the same as U.V. Hard, but is skin coloured fibres.  As this is skin coloured, it is the most concealing.  This mould also comes with skin coloured tubing.

Biopor

This material is silicon based and comes in two different types of hardness', 40 shore and 25 shore.  25 shore is the softer of the two and is very durable.  We recommend this material for severe to profound hearing loss.
